Epix Studios Inc. offers communications and creative services through monthly subscription engagements and custom one-time projects. To discuss an engagement, you can book a call through our Cal.com scheduling page.

3. Subscription Services

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically and may be cancelled.
Subscription fees are non-refundable.
Plan modifications may affect pricing and service scope.

4. Custom Projects

Custom projects require separate agreements detailing scope, timeline, and cost.
Epix Studios Inc. retains the right to terminate custom projects for non-compliance.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the services and content provided by Epix Studios Inc. are owned by Epix Studios Inc.
Clients may use delivered work only for its intended purposes.

6. Payments and Billing

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements.
Late payments may result in the suspension of services.

7. Privacy and Data

We handle information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services for any client at our discretion if there is a violation of these terms or if it is reasonably necessary for the successful operation of Epix Studios Inc.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved through negotiation and mediation, in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States.

10. Changes to Terms

Epix Studios Inc. may update these terms at any time, in compliance with the relevant legal requirements in Delaware and the United States.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epix Studios Inc. is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services, in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States.
